[Seviilia is broadcasting to all the orbs she is able to reach, including those not in the sanctums. After all, the message is relevant to anyone who happens to give a damn about their own lives -- and it would discourage others from coming anywhere near her hideaway, which was now smack in the middle of a large amount of enemy territory.

She would probably need to relocate. Pity.

Her investment in the Dragon War is small, and her investment in the Dragonsworn is even smaller -- but she is not sure if she is able to broadcast to the one or two people she would care to notify of a new threat, so she is forced to warn everyone.

And she does not look particularly cheery about it. She has not even spoken to most of the 'sworn, after all -- not even her own.]
